Midweight cotton woven Marimekko fabric designed by Maija Isola and printed in Finland in 1967. “Albatrossi” print in yellow, orange & blue. The fabric includes a cut-out pattern of a floor-length sleeveless tent dress, ready to be sewn.
The original surface area of the fabric was 181” x 54", and the dress pattern has been cut from within those dimensions. Here are the measurements for the front and back dress pattern pieces that have been cut:
- Neck to Hem: 62”
- Bottom Width: 37”
- Chest: 25”
- Waist: 22.5”
- Neck to Hem: 66”
- Bottom Width: 39”
- Back Width: 22”
- Waist: 38.5”
- Shoulder Seam: 7.5”
- Measurements above include notches for side closures & skirt slits:
- Bodice Notches on either side of the front: 1 ¾"
- Skirt notches on either side of the front and back: 1”
