Do I have you pay admission to visit the Shop?
Please note that the Museum is closed until further notice per latest Ontario COVID-19 safety regulations.
Visiting the Museum Shop is free of charge and you do not need to book a time in advance to visit. Please note however, that if we are at capacity when you arrive you may be asked to wait until there is availability.
Can I arrange to pick my items up that the Museum?
Yes! Please choose in-store pickup as your shipping option. You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Unless exceptional circumstances arise, orders will be dispatched within five (5) business days. We use Canada Post to deliver our orders. Delivery time will depend on your location, as well as the shipping method you have selected.
How are shipping and handling rates calculated?
Orders are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping charges are based on parcel size, weight, and destination. Shipping is subject to applicable taxes.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
We currently ship only to Canada and the United States. If you are interested in purchasing from outside North America, please email us at email@example.com.
Please note that all International packages are subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for payment of any customs fee and import duties. We have no control over these charges, and we cannot predict what the costs will be.
I saw an item in store but I don't see it online.
Due to volume, not every item in our gift shop is available online. We are constantly adding new product but please feel free to visit us in person (admission to the Shop is free of charge), or contact us for information about specific products.
