Do I have to pay admission to visit the Shop?
Please note that as of February 16, 2025, the Textile Museum and Shop is temporarily closed to the public. Under regular operating hours, there is no admission requirement for visiting the Shop.
Can I arrange to pick my items up at the Museum?
Yes, we offer order pick-up on Thursdays from 12 PM to 5 PM. If this time frame doesn’t work for you, please get in touch, and we’d be happy to arrange an alternative pickup time.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Unless exceptional circumstances arise, orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days. We use Canada Post to deliver our orders. Delivery time will depend on your location, as well as the shipping method you have selected.
How are shipping and handling rates calculated?
Orders are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping charges are based on parcel size, weight, and destination. Shipping is subject to applicable taxes.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
We ship worldwide.
Please note that all International packages are subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for payment of any customs fee and import duties. We have no control over these charges, and we cannot predict what the costs will be.
I saw an item in store but I don't see it online.
Due to volume, not every item in our gift shop is available online. We are constantly adding new product but please feel free to visit us in person (admission to the Shop is free of charge), or contact us for information about specific products.
