Collection: Orange Shirt Day

For Orange Shirt Day (also known as National Day for Truth and Reconciliation) on September 30, we commemorate Indigenous children who went missing or were murdered in residential schools, and we honour residential school survivors, families and communities throughout the land we live on.

Phyllis Webstad's The Orange Shirt Story is the true telling of her experience in the residential school system, and inspired the "Every Child Matters" movement. The orange shirt pin, handmade by Tribal Roots, can be worn everyday in support and commemoration of this.
